Terren is a surveying office founded in 2008. The team has extensive experience working on a wide variety of projects – from the development of condominiums in family houses to the preparation of complex surveying studies and other surveying services for, for example, KBC Dubrava, the City of Zagreb, HŽ Infrastruktura or the logistics center of the company Orbico in Zdenčina.
We measure thoroughly and accurately, with experience and knowledge, within the given deadlines because we are at home in every field. Regardless of whether you are an investor, whether you are starting to build a family house or industrial hall, whether you are dividing property or enlarging plots, we are the first and last to go out into the field.

Professional team with experience
Certificates, regular training and rich experience give us the opportunity to work on the most diverse and complex projects, which is confirmed by the ISO 9001:2015 certificate for geodetic services.
We have the approval of the State Geodetic Administration to perform state surveying and real estate cadastre work and the authorization of the Croatian Chamber of Certified Geodetic Engineers (HKOIG), as well as the authorization to perform complex tasks of cadastral new surveys.

Going out into the field often means encountering various challenges. Being an expert in various fields, such as architecture, construction and even the legal profession, is part of the geodetic job. But we love doing what we do because we know that our work solves important problems. When the measurements are under our control, projects do not get out of control.

Our values are a reflection of us
Through volunteer work and sponsorship, we contribute to the neighborhood association “Kvart za 5” in organizing Sports Games for Children, a full-day sports gathering for 120 elementary school children. We are extremely proud to participate in and support the free mentoring program Mentoring Byte and the STEM Supergirls initiative, which aims to provide young women with greater career opportunities.
