Extract from the land register
Land registers are public registers in which real estate and real rights (right of ownership, right of construction, lien, right of easement, right of real burden) on such real estate are entered, as well as other legal relationships and facts related to the legal transaction of real estate. Land registers are maintained by municipal courts, and within them, land registry departments.
A land registry extract is a public document that proves ownership of real estate.
The land registry file (land registry extract, title deed) consists of three pages:
- Title deed (A list) – contains data on all cadastral parcels that make up one land registry body and all cadastral changes related to them
- Title deed (B list) – contains information about the owner of the property, changes in ownership and personal restrictions to which the owner is subject regarding the disposal of the property
- Bill of lading (C sheet) – contains information on real and other rights encumbered by the real estate (mortgage, personal and real easements, building rights, compulsory rights)
