Cadastre

Land cadastre

The land cadastre is a record containing data on land in terms of its location, shape, area, method of exploitation, production capacity and owner, and was kept in accordance with the Law on Geodetic Survey and Land Cadastre.

The new Law stipulates that the land cadastre remains in force and is maintained in its current content in accordance with the actual situation on the ground until it is gradually replaced by the real estate cadastre for each cadastral municipality.

Real estate cadastre

The real estate cadastre is a record of land plots, buildings and other structures that permanently lie on or beneath the land surface, and of special legal regimes on the land surface, unless otherwise provided by law.

Cadastre.hr

Katastar.hr is a cadastral data viewer and serves to provide insight into the central database of existing cadastral data in the Republic of Croatia. Insight into the data is possible via the cadastral plot number or the title deed number in the selected cadastral municipality.

The printout of the title deed has an informative character and cannot serve as a public document. Public documents are issued in the competent regional cadastre offices and their branches.

The company Lemax doo produces geodetic studies for the cadastre and land register, based on which changes are made in the cadastral register and land register.
