Croatia began investing in the renovation of the cadastre and land registry in 2021. This is an opportunity for all property owners in these areas to resolve property legal relations and make registration in the cadastre and land registry very simply and at significantly reduced costs.
Geodetic experts from Terreno actively participate in carrying out cadastral surveys at the level of one or more municipalities. We mark their properties with the plot owners and conduct a new survey in cooperation with experts from other professions, such as lawyers, public law bodies, and other stakeholders important to the process.
The goal of the program is to establish a cadastral office for the real estate cadastre and its renewal, i.e. the establishment of land registers based on the conducted cadastral survey for real estate.
The main task and activity of the Program is the renewal of the cadastre and land registry for an area of 600,000 hectares. These are construction areas that are of importance to the Republic of Croatia, and the condition of the real estate has not been resolved.
The program is extremely important for property owners because it allows them to increase the value of their properties and protect their own rights and interests.
