Terren (Lemax doo) is a Croatian company that has been operating successfully for many years. The company’s geodetic department has been operating for over 15 years and consists of a team of eight geodetic experts (3 certified engineers, 3 engineers/graduate engineers and 2 geodetic technicians).
Our business includes diverse and interesting geodetic projects in the areas of real estate cadastre, infrastructure cadastre, new surveys, engineering geodesy, and photogrammetry.

The person must be responsible, motivated and proactive, and the tasks they would work on are:
- Preparation of all types of geodetic studies for real estate cadastre and infrastructure cadastre
- Creation of geodetic bases for designing
- Communication with new and existing clients, cadastres, etc. (email, telephone, meetings, etc.)
- Independent management and performance of geodetic work in the field (measurement, staking out, monitoring of works, etc.)
- Independence and responsibility in managing and delivering geodetic projects and projects
- Proactivity in own tasks and communication with parties and cadastres and other authorities
- Preparation of necessary office documentation (geodetic documentation, offers, etc.)
- Compliance with work procedures
- Work on other office and field surveying tasks
What we are looking for:
- Completed secondary school/high school/university degree – geodetic technician, geodetic engineer or graduate geodetic engineer
- Driver’s license – B category
- Independence in performing work
- More activeness in the tasks undertaken and responsibility for delivery within the agreed time and deadline
- High level of organizational and communication skills
- Knowledge of project management basics
- Diligent and ambitious people who like to work in a dynamic and stimulating atmosphere
- Organization and meticulousness
