The price list is also available as a downloadable file. The change results from new price control regulations, and below we briefly explain what it means for you.     <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Why are two prices displayed?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">On September 10, 2026, the Government of the Republic of Croatia adopted the XI. package of measures to protect households and the economy from price increases. This package includes two decisions that also apply to us:    <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Decision on imposing additional prices as a measure of direct price control.<\/strong>  According to it, in addition to the current price, we also list the reference price, that is, the one that was valid on September 10, 2026. This way, you can check for yourself whether the price has changed.  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Decision on publishing price lists for products and services as a measure of direct price control.<\/strong> According to it, we publish the price list on the website and in .csv or .xml format, which can be automatically processed and compared.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The decisions were published in the Official Gazette No. 101\/26 and are applicable from 1 October 2026. On 18 September 2026, the Ministry of Economy explained how to apply them.     <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Why doesn&#8217;t it say how much it costs, for example, to divide the land into parcels? <\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Every surveying job is different and the scope of work for the same type of survey may vary. For two parcels, the price depends on: <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>location and access to the terrain,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>the surface area and shape of the particle,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>the number of borders and their condition,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>the number of points to be measured,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>whether the cadastre and land registry are harmonized<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>the number of co-owners of the plot and\/or neighbors-boundaries who are present at the field inspection<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">That is why we publish the hourly prices of our experts&#8217; work, which each of our offers consists of, whereby the required hours are estimated, and not the pre-set prices of the elaboration. We forward them in the amount actually paid, without any additions. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Does this price list apply to me?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Yes, if you order the service as a private person.<\/strong>  This is, for example, the case when you need to divide a plot, stake out or register a building for your house, apartment or land. The price is formed per hour of work by our experts. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>No, if you are ordering as a company, craft, public institution or other legal entity.<\/strong>  Then, as before, we will send you a separate offer for each job.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Download price list<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You can download the price list in machine-readable format, as prescribed by the Decision on the Publication of Price Lists of Products and Services.
