Property registration is the process of recording a property in the cadastre and land registry. Every owner of a constructed property has a legal obligation to record the property in the cadastre and land registry, as well as any changes to the property (extension, demolition, etc.). <\/p>\n\n\n\n

A copy of the cadastral plan, an extract from the land register (ownership certificate), a title deed and proof of the legality of the building are required for the creation of a geodetic study for recording data on buildings. The object can be registered even without a certificate of legality.
