Nata\u0161a Kapov Kostovski is a graduated geodesic engineer with more than 20 years of experience in geodesy and the IT sector. At the age of 26, she started a geodesic company, the development of which she is extremely proud of and her role in the geodesic profession. She has led large projects, such as geodesic works on infrastructure and crane tracks at the production facility of the Gredelj Railway Vehicle Factory and the recording of over 200 kilometers of unclassified roads throughout the Republic of Croatia. <\/p>\n\n

<\/div>\n\n

From 2020 to 2024, she was a member of the Assembly of the Croatian Chamber of Certified Geodetic Engineers, the Committee for Professional Development of the Croatian Chamber of Certified Geodetic Engineers, and the Committee for the Organization of the Symposium of Certified Geodetic Engineers. <\/p>\n\n

He enjoys working on projects that empower and contribute to society. Optimism and persistent spirit best describe Nata\u0161a, who readily accepts every opportunity to make positive changes. <\/p>\n\n

<\/div>\n\n

Nata\u0161a launched the STEM Supergirls<\/a> conference in 2015, with the aim of providing greater career opportunities to young women in the industry. She launched the free mentoring program Mentoring Byte<\/a> , which brought together more than 150 business mentors and connected more than 550 mentoring pairs. <\/p>\n\n

Silvia \u0160umberac is a graduated geodesic engineer with over 18 years of experience in geodesy. She has been a member of the Croatian Chamber of Certified Geodesic Engineers since 2010. year. <\/p>\n\n

Throughout her career, she has held various positions, which has given her a complete insight into the profession. She started at the State Geodetic Administration as a trainee in the basic geodetic works sector. She always wanted to work in the field, which eventually led her to Terren. <\/p>\n\n

<\/div>\n\n

Her resourcefulness and organization are most evident in coordinating our team of ten surveying experts. She believes that honest communication and mutual respect are prerequisites for excellent team functioning. <\/p>\n\n

In her field work, Silvia enjoys the opportunity to meet people from all walks of life, from the director of a large construction company to an elderly gentleman living in the countryside. Mateo Garofuli\u0107 is a graduate engineer in geodesy and geoinformatics with 10 years of experience in the geodetic profession. He is a member of the Croatian Chamber of Certified Geodetic Engineers and holds a permit from the State Geodetic Administration to perform professional geodetic work. <\/p>\n\n

<\/div>\n\n

He is aware of the importance of precision and efficiency in geodesy, which is why he approaches projects in an engineering manner. Openness and accessibility in communication allow him to fully dedicate himself to each client in order to more clearly understand specific problems and provide solutions that will meet their goals and expectations. Mateo leads and coordinates complex geodetic projects in the Terren team, such as cadastral new surveys and road surveys and registration. <\/p>\n\n

Working in the field is a very challenging experience both professionally and personally, but it is what Matea thrives on. This is most evident when working in demanding terrain or in adverse weather conditions. He believes that the most important thing is client satisfaction and a successful project. <\/p>\n\n

Lana Le\u0161i\u0107 completed her undergraduate studies in Geodesy and Geoinformatics and is a final year graduate student at the Faculty of Geodesy, University of Zagreb. She is currently completing her studies, which allows her to devote more time to her professional work and gain practical experience. <\/p>\n\n

<\/div>\n\n

She is particularly motivated by working in the field, where she sees an opportunity for professional development and application of acquired knowledge, but she is equally good at managing technical and organizational tasks in an office environment. She stands out for her responsibility, adaptability, and willingness to learn. <\/p>\n\n

<\/div>\n\n

Through various student jobs, she developed communication skills, reliability and team spirit. He approaches his work conscientiously and professionally, with the aim of continuous progress and quality contribution to the team. <\/p>\n\n

In her daily work, she participates in the preparation of bids, the creation and technical processing of geodetic studies, and the preparation of documentation for submission to the competent cadastral offices, where she monitors the process of their verification. As an intern, she gradually becomes involved in field activities, where she participates in surveys and provides support to more experienced colleagues. Through office and field work, she actively contributes to more efficient work organization and quality project delivery, with continuous learning and development of professional competencies. <\/p>\n\n
